Tomme de Fontenay

Produced in the Vendée region. It is a goat cheese with a special selection of herbs and spices made by Rodolphe Le Meunier. Cheese with a circular shape, a white dough and covered with Provencal herbs, white pepper, juniper berries and red pepper.
